Sweetgreen

Shift Lead — Sweetgreen (Boulder, CO) Sweetgreen is looking for a Shift Lead to help run day-to-day operations at our Pearl Street location. You'll open or close the store, coach a small team through the rush, and make sure every bowl going out the window looks and tastes the way it should. What you'll do: Run opening or closing shifts independently, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting. Coach team members in real time on speed, quality, and food safety. Step in on the line during peak hours to keep ticket times down. Handle guest issues on the spot and know when to loop in the store manager. Keep the kitchen and dining area up to health-code standard throughout your shift. What we're looking for: 6+ months of restaurant or retail experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility. Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and moving fast during rushes. Food handler's certification (or willingness to get one within 30 days of hire). Reliable availability, including at least one weekend day. Details: Part-time, 25–32 hours/week. $19–22/hr plus tips. Free shift meal every shift. Flexible scheduling with 2 weeks' notice for changes.
